Questions before you start

Enter your registration on FROTL, confirm the bike details, answer a short condition report and upload photographs. Verified UK motorcycle dealers then submit sealed offers and you choose whether to accept the best one.

Yes. There is no fee for sellers. The winning dealer pays a marketplace acquisition fee, and payment for the bike goes directly from the dealer to you.

Once your profile is approved, your bike opens to verified dealers straight away. The first offer starts a 24 hour countdown for every dealer. You review the highest offer after it closes.

No. Only the dealer who buys your bike receives your contact and collection details, and only after you accept their offer. There are no private buyers, test rides or doorstep haggling.

You can still sell it. Tell us the finance company and approximate settlement figure when you build your profile. The settlement is arranged directly between you, the buying dealer and your finance provider.
